Yes. Every candle comes in premium packaging, ready to send as a thoughtful gift.

The 4oz amber candle contains 99g / 3.5oz of wax and burns for approximately 20 hours. The 9oz amber candle contains 195g / 6.9oz of wax and burns for approximately 50 hours. Both amber candles have a gold lid and a cotton wick. The 11oz frosted glass candle has a maple wood lid and contains 204g / 7.2oz of natural, dye-free wax, burning for approximately 50+ hours; “11oz” describes the vessel size (2.93 in. across, 3.75 in. tall with lid). Scented frosted candles use a wood wick; the fragrance-free option uses a cotton wick. Burn times vary with care and use.

No. Each candle has its own fragrance list, shown on its page. Any scent that is currently unavailable is marked before you personalize.

Online checkout calculates shipping for Canada and the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other countries, please email hello@allumezstudio.com with your delivery address and the candles you’d like, and we will send a shipping quote.

Made especially for you. Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for production, sometimes longer during busy periods. United States: Standard delivery is typically 2–8 business days after shipment. Canada: Standard shipping can take up to 15 business days after shipment, or in rare cases up to 21 business days if a delay occurs. Production time is additional. An optional USPS Priority Mail International service may be offered at checkout for Canadian addresses. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Holiday demand, customs processing, and carrier delays may extend delivery times. We email your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking updates for Canadian shipments may take 10 business days or longer to appear after dispatch while the parcel moves through international processing. A gap in tracking does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving. If you’re concerned, contact us and we’ll help check its progress.

Yes. Choose your template and text on the candle page, review the live preview and approve the spelling before adding it to your cart. Changes to the design require approval again.

Personalized candles are made to order: no change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including approved spelling mistakes. Request changes or report damage by email only to hello@allumezstudio.com with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins. Approved refunds are issued through the Stripe Dashboard to the original payment method. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
